Account Executive.  Responsible for outside sales to businesses in lower Manhattan, NY.  Engage in new business and account development targeting senior level managers.   Design pre-sales marketing and collaborate with 3rd party vendors such as E-Copy, Equitrac, EFI (Fiery Graphics), Creo Color Services. Recipient, President’s Club - Ranked in Top 20% (out of 650+ reps), nationwide, FY 2007 (March-March). Earn 5 day stay at vacation resort in Whistler, BC.


December 2004-July 2006 HYPERSONIC-PC SYSTEMS, Great Neck, NY

Operations Manager.  Supervised daily operations: production management, customer service and inside sales of gaming laptops to consumers and corporations. Set up terms for commercial accounts. Billed retail consumers and handled their complaints directly by phone, e-mail and responding to posts on public forums. Helped potential customers customize a laptop and place orders. Resolved customer inquiries and complaints to ensure repeat business.
