I always believed that success didn't consist of being successful in everything you do without any failure, but rather getting up every time you fall with more strength and desire to make your goals and dream a reality. If you don't experience failure you won't know the value of success. 

My name is Franchily de la Cruz. I'm 19 years old and I'm a Business Administration student at LaGuardia Community College. I'm currently in my last semester and I'm planning to transfer to a four year college after I graduate. I always knew that I wanted to study business administration because my parents used to be businesses owners and merchants and from a young age I knew that business administration was the right career for me. I don't see myself studying another career. I want to become part of the business world and own my own business.
