I am Sujata Gurung. I am a graduating nurse (RN) from LaGuardia community college. I am from Nepal and I have been in US for almost four years. My volunteer experience in Children's Hospital back in Nepal was what inspired me to study Nursing. I was a volunteer in an oncology ward and there I observed little children with cancer and fighting against it. That gave me an inspiration to study harder and become a part of the health team where I would be able to help sick children to recover. And I am glad that I chose nursing and now I can use my knowledge and skills in helping sick people recover. Being a part of a health team is a big responsibilty and it has turned me into a responsible person.
