Hi there, welcome to my ePortfolio. My name is Miguel Ballardo and I’m currently an undergraduate majoring in Programming and Systems. I’m a full time LaGuardia Student. I was born in Lima, Peru. In 2008, I moved out to the United States with my parents and sister. I’m planning to go a 4 year college after graduating from LaGuardia. I have completed 33 credits toward an Associate in Applied Science degree. Still a long way to go!

I chose this quote by Alexander Graham Bell because most people are attached to their past, mostly what they are familiar with, and they miss those unique opportunities that stand right in front of them. I have been a witness to this event and it’s just really sad to see this happen. Doors may close, but there are always an unlimited number of doors – new opportunities. Not every plan works out. There are losses and failures but we learn from them.
