Job Description:


  1. Pre-screen intern candidates for the summer and fall internship program and schedule subsequent interviews
  2. Assist Human Resource Manager with resume review for full-time employment inquiries and enter resumes into applicant-tracking system to generate appropriate correspondence.
  3. Assist with benefits and payroll. Serve as point of contact for all employee inquiries regarding pay, benefits, company policies etc.
  4. Coordinate the company’s events.
  5. Generate monthly activity reports, headcount reports and other ad hoc reports
  6. Help management with time and attendance policies and enforcement.
  7. Other HR department assistance as necessary.

 
REQUIREMENTS:


  • Must receive school credit
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Prior related work experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organization skills and good attention to detail
  • Self-directed individual, with excellent follow through
  • High standard of integrity
  • Skills are necessary in teamwork, problem solving, entering and verifying data, using computerized systems, various software applications, and standard office equipment
