I am happy to have been able to come back to class. Dr. Malgorzata is very patient and uses imagery to help us visualize movements: "imagine that you are holding a ball. Do you want to hold it near you or far from you?" I also enjoyed having the space to assess my own energy, its source, its size, and how it feels (level of heat). I look forward to continue strengthening my level of self-awareness through this class.
Thank you!

Today was my first Tai Chi class ever. I found Malgorzata's instructions easy to follow and not stressful. The movements we learned in the class helped me to develop a greater awareness of my breath and a connection between my breathing, movement and how I hold stress.
I hope to come back again!
Thanks,

I am a beginner so I am not use to all of the moves, of course, but I like the slow pace of the class. Right now I believe that is what I need. The moves are easy so far plus the environment is both peaceful and nice. I enjoyed my time in the first class. I hope to learn more as I continue to attend the class.

This Tai Chi Class guides you little by little. It is easy to adapt to the pace. I did not know anything about Tai Chai but I am learning and I love it and I want to know more. It really help me with relaxation and meditation. Recognizing energyr is still being my challengue but I am very curious to feel energy and control it in order to send it to specific parts of my body. I think Tai Chi is cery interesting because I learn about my body. I encourage people to join us.

This class has exceeded my expectations. The instructor is well versed in Tai Chi and Chi Gong. I always leave the class with improved mental clarity and happiness, for this I'm grateful. It's also a lot of fun and everyone is very nice. We've learned to feel and flow our energy within our body, overall strengthening ourselves physically and mentally. Highly, highly recommend anyone who's interested to come to a session. Odds are, you'll come again.
