Master Chao-Hai Lan (Buddhist name Yen Shen) is a secular disciple of the world famous Shaolin Temple of Songshan at Henan in China. He has represented Shaolin in a number of martial arts performances throughout China and the United States. Master Lan hopes that the Shaolin spirit will grow in America so that more people can benefit from the thousand-year-old martial arts.
